- Intercity Delivery: Order delivery to regional areas across Georgia within 5 business days.
2.1. The delivery fee depends on the following factor:
- Delivery address (regional locations).
2.2. The customer is required to pay the full delivery fee at the time of placing the order. This fee is added to the total cost of the purchased product.
2.3. LLC “Home Gallery” does not regulate or determine courier service pricing in regional areas.
3.1. Delivery timeframes depend on the service type selected by the customer:
- Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 3 business days;
- Intercity Delivery: Orders to regional areas are delivered within 5 business days.
3.2. Delivery timeframes may be subject to change due to the following circumstances:
- Unfavorable weather conditions;
- Technical delays on the part of the courier service;
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.
4.1. The customer is obligated to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:
- Delivery address;
- Contact phone number;
- Recipient’s full name.
4.2. The customer must ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order.
4.3. If the customer fails to receive the order at the specified address, the courier company reserves the right to return the order to LLC “Home Gallery.”
5.1. LLC “Home Gallery” is responsible for the timely handover of the order.
5.2. Any delays or disruptions occurring during the delivery process caused by the courier company do not constitute liability for LLC “Home Gallery.”
5.3. The customer is obligated to notify the Company immediately if the order is not delivered within the specified timeframe.
5.4. In the event that the order is damaged or lost by the courier company, the customer must directly contact the respective courier service provider. (in regional areas)
6.1. Delivery is carried out exclusively within the territory of Georgia.
6.2. In certain regions, delivery times may be longer due to the logistical capabilities of the courier company.
6.3. LLC “Home Gallery” reserves the right to refuse delivery to addresses that are not covered by courier services in regional areas.
8.1. LLC “Home Gallery” reserves the right to update or modify the Delivery Policy at any time.
8.2. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
8.3. The customer is responsible for periodically reviewing the Delivery Policy to stay informed of any updates.
