The image The Visitor was designed in 1996 by the Belgian artist Guido Deleu.

The ceramic versions of the Visitor are handcrafted in Brazil, more specifically in the studio Cores da Terra of Selma Calheira.

The image is colored by means of natural pigments which allows slight color variations.
